A repeatable protocol to decide whether an OpenFOAM 14 result is trustworthy: quantity of interest, a family of three meshes, iterative convergence and balances, comparison with the Poiseuille solution, observed order, Richardson extrapolation and GCI, time-step study and physical validation, with a script and a verification record.
